As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce, you will be responsible for conducting business analysis to assess the current state of sales processes. Your role will involve designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance sales processes, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to obtain requirements, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Additionally, you will provide support for Salesforce adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven expertise in business analysis, particularly in the assessment of sales processes
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, with a track record of successful implementation and enhancement of solutions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to obtain and align requirements
- Experience supporting Salesforce adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction
- English fluency at a C1 level or higher
